MTB RIF/INH Resistance Detection Kit
【Intended Use】
MTB RIF/INH Resistance Detection Kit enables the joint analysis of mutations conferring resistance to rifampicin(RIF)and isoniazid (INH) and the detection of Mycobacterium tuberculosis(MTB).
【Test Principle】
The kit is based on the principle of fluorescent PCR technology, and is designed with specific primers and Taqman probes for the detection of RIF/INH resistance mutations in MTB. The single-stranded oligonucleotide sequence that is complementary to the probe sequence is amplified during the PCR process, and the melting curve analysis process is added after the amplification is completed, the melting curve of the hybridization product between the probe and the sequence can be obtained, and the Tm value (melting point) can be obtained, so as to derive the mutation information of the sequence.
The kit contains three reaction systems, A-C or E-G for one person. The components A and E were identical, and the 315 locus of the KatG gene of the INH resistance mutation and the8, 15 and 17 loci of the mabA(fabG1)-inhA promoter gene were detected by the INH resistance mutation. The B and C components were the same, and INH resistance mutations were detected, and the 511, 513, 516 ,531 and 533 loci of rifampicin-resistant RpoB gene were detected. C and G components were the same, INH resistance mutations were detected, and rifampicin-resistant RpoB gene loci 522 and 526 were detected.
【Storage Condition and Expiring Date】
The reagents are stable when stored at ambient, advice stored at -25°C to 25°C for 12 months without unpacking. Please transport at -25℃ to 25℃.The kit should remain sealed and away from light exposure. Do not use the kit beyond the expiration date.
